The Seasonal Menu at Xerta Restaurant offers a gastronomic experience based on fresh ingredients and respect for each product at its best moment. Through a selection of dishes prepared with carefully chosen products, the menu combines tradition and creativity with flavors inspired by the cuisine of the Ebro Delta.
