Signature Cuisine
Xerta Restaurant, a gastronomic restaurant in Barcelona, offers a signature cuisine that combines technique, product and creativity while preserving the essence of the culinary tradition of the Terres de l’Ebre.
The kitchen is led by chef José Guadalupe, a Mexican chef who trained in the restaurant for eight years and has been leading the project since 2024.
