Ebro Delta Cuisine in Barcelona

Xerta Restaurant offers in Barcelona a gastronomic experience inspired by the cuisine of the Ebro Delta, a territory where the sea, the river and the rice fields deeply shape its culinary identity.

The proposal is based on respect for the product, the seasonality of ingredients and a contemporary interpretation of traditional Mediterranean flavors.

In addition, the cuisine highlights the products of the Ebro Delta: market-fresh fish, seafood, rice dishes and seasonal vegetables that reflect the gastronomic richness of this unique landscape.

Each dish seeks the balance between technique, product and flavor, creating a culinary experience that connects with the origin of every ingredient.

Gastronomic Menus Inspired by Seasonal Produce

The experience at Xerta Restaurant is a gastronomic journey through different menus designed to discover the cuisine of the Ebro Delta from various perspectives. Each proposal explores flavors, products and techniques that reflect the culinary identity of this territory.

The tasting menus evolve throughout the year to adapt to seasonal ingredients and follow the natural rhythm of the products.

This philosophy allows us to offer dishes that respect the essence of the product and transform with each season, maintaining a cuisine that is alive, sensitive and deeply connected to its territory.
